3DEALS Marketplace, owned by TROIKA Information Technology L.L.C., is a private limited company registered in the United Arab Emirates (“UAE”). TROIKA Information Technology reserves the full right to act on behalf of 3DEALS in all operational, management, financial, and legal matters as and when required.
Please read these terms carefully and ensure that you understand them fully. Acceptance of these Terms of Use signifies your full compliance with them.
By accessing and using the 3DEALS platform and all related services, as well as any additional policies or contracts relevant to any features, contents, agreements, terms, or functionalities of the services, users of this platform hereby agree to be bound by the following terms:

Website: Refers to the https://3deals.ae platform.
Service: Refers to the product of information available on the Website, Mobile apps, and Platform.
Vendor: A business partner using this Platform for advertising.
User(s): All individual, individual (VIP), and business registered users.
Business: A registered Company with a Valid Trade License (subscription Package ONLY).
Customer(s): Refers to all users who use this platform to Sell and Buy.
Products: All uploaded approved goods posted for sale on this platform.
Agents: A person legally empowered to act on behalf of another person or an entity.
Third-party: Any partner, services, or content (including data, information, products, or services) provided by a third party that may be displayed, included, or made available by the Service on the Website and Platforms.
Personal Information: Information provided by individuals and business users on this platform, such as Name, email address, Phone Numbers, Age, Nationality, Address, etc.
The Company: 3Deals and any of its affiliates.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
These Terms of Use govern the use of the Service and the agreement between the User and the Company. They set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is dependent on your acceptance of and compliance with all these Terms of Use.
By accepting the terms of Use, you acknowledge and accept that this platform is limited to providing services to connect sellers and buyers as well as to promote 3rd party promotions, and that 3Deals is not liable nor responsible for dealing with any disputes between customers.
These Terms of Use apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company.
3Deals is not a registered financial dealer or investment advisor. Investments informed and displayed on the Website are accessible and informed by the third-party platform that owns the displayed investment. Their products cannot be purchased through the Website of 3Deals.
All transactions will be entirely between the User and the third-party platform of the applicable investment. The information from third parties is generally reliable, but 3Deals does not represent that such information is fulfilled, accurate, or complete. 3Deals cannot be responsible for and reliable for any information provided from the third-party platform of any kind.
By accepting the terms of use, customers acknowledge and accept to receive different transactional and marketing communications from 3Deals, such as but not limited to SMS, Emails, In-app notifications, and whatsoever.
Important note: 3Deals may send verification codes known as (OTP) during signup and for any other transactional verification process; such SMS are for your private security and to ensure that you are the right person performing activities on the platform. It is strictly prohibited and your sole responsibility to ensure to take this seriously and not to share such SMS with others for whatever reason.
Note that the 3Deals team is NOT authorized nor allowed to call you to ask or to share your OTP verification codes or anything else related to your verification process.
3Deals is a Marketplace platform designed to provide various product "sell and buy" services. We do not own any goods or stores; our main role is to facilitate connections between buyers and sellers. 3Deals charges individuals and businesses for their advertisements and subscription packages. All sell and buy transactions occur offline, outside of this platform. 3Deals provides a service, not goods.

We highly recommend all our buyers to avoid and never make any online transfers to any seller prior to physically inspecting the product and confirming its availability.
Strictly Prohibited:
Any material or information uploaded to or made available on the Website, including images, text, video, or any material that falls under the following examples:
Goods such as weapons, animals, alcohol, drugs, and medicines.
Material that is illegal, indecent, obscene, racist, offensive, pornographic, pedophilic, insulting, false, unreliable, misleading, harmful, or potentially harmful.
Material that encourages money laundering or illegal gambling.
Material that is threatening, libelous, alleged to be or actually defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights.
Material that is harmful to the Company's reputation or breaches regulations and ethical standards applicable in the UAE and other countries where this website operates.
Troika Information Technology, on behalf of 3Deals, reserves the full right to block, delete, and escalate illegal use to the applicable authorities for further action as stated in the law. Troika Information Technology, on behalf of 3Deals, also reserves the full right, with no refund of ad charges, to block, delete, and deactivate any ads that may misuse the terms of use, including but not limited to ads using multiple products/items or using different photos or descriptions unrelated to the same ad title and category.
As stated, 3Deals is a platform providing services for users to interact with each other, not with 3Deals directly. 3Deals and all related affiliates are not responsible for any offers, goods, materials, or information provided by sellers. Furthermore, 3Deals will not verify or guarantee the quality of materials and goods posted on this platform. It is the user's sole responsibility to verify and make decisions about dealing with sellers directly.
Users have the full right to inform us of any doubtful, fake, or misused materials that do not comply with 3Deals' standards via the predefined email to take appropriate action against these ads or users.
It is important to highlight that 3Deals' role is that of a service facilitator of the platform. We are not a party to any agreements users may have with each other. 3Deals' responsibility is limited to facilitating the availability of the marketplace and does not extend to any agreements users may have with each other. Any such agreement does not form a part of any agreement with 3Deals or any of its affiliates.
3Deals reserves the discretion to withdraw any material or user's material from this platform and any of their website, mobile apps, and any other e-commerce that may be linked to their business without prior notice or reject (disapprove) any user's materials, goods, and ads to be posted if these items are found to violate the law and rules set forth. 3Deals will not refund the paid amount for such misuse.
During the signup/registering process for this platform, users/companies must provide accurate, true, and complete registration details. Users should update their registration details as necessary and ensure they are reachable for other buyers' requests to sell their advertised goods.
Users and companies hereby agree and acknowledge that this platform/website contains advertisements placed by advertisers or companies in the course of business for goods or services which are not verified or controlled by the 3Deals platform. Users can interact offline, i.e., outside of this platform, to agree and close their own deals. 3Deals is not liable nor holds any responsibilities for any side, offline, and third-party agreements/contracts between the users of this platform.
This platform is published over the internet and is intended for users above 18 years old. During the registration process, users hereby acknowledge, confirm, and warrant that they are above 18 years old.
3Deals reserves the full right to suspend or terminate a user's account where, in its full discretion, the user has breached the set terms of use. The user will be individually notified by email or phone call registered on this platform.
The company reserves full rights to communicate with all registered users using their emails and phone numbers, as well as sending different advertisements, promotions, and feedback emails and SMS. Users can opt-out of different services at their discretion by sending an official email to admin@troikait.com.
As a registered seller, you are allowed to list items for sale on the Platform in accordance with the Policies which are incorporated by way of reference in these Terms of Use. You must be legally able to sell the items you list for sale on our Platform. You must ensure that the listed items do not infringe upon the intellectual property, trade secret, or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy rights of third parties. Listings may only include text descriptions, graphics, and pictures that describe your item for sale. All listed items must be listed in an appropriate category on the Platform. All listed items must be kept in stock for successful fulfillment of sales.
The listing description of the item must not be misleading and must describe the actual condition of the product. If the item description does not match the actual condition of the item, you agree to refund any amounts that you may have received from the Buyer. You agree not to list a single product in multiple quantities across various categories on the Platform. 3Deals reserves the right to delete such multiple listings of the same product listed by you in various categories.
You are solely responsible for your listings and content. Although we host and display your Seller Content on our marketplace platform, you are solely responsible for the contents of your Seller Content. It is your responsibility to ensure that all Seller Content is true, accurate, and complete at all times, including the description, price, applicable taxes or fees, shipping information (if applicable), required legal disclosures, and other advertisement, offer, or promotional content. You are solely responsible for setting the price of products or services you offer. Any guidance provided by us regarding a suggested price for products or services you offer is informational only, and the decision to accept or reject such guidance is solely yours.
You must ensure that your Product Listing provides Users with the terms of use and policies that apply to the transaction for that product. You are responsible for displaying, keeping up to date, and honoring any sales, returns, and/or privacy policies, and all other relevant terms, information, or disclosures related to your Product Listings that you want to apply to your interactions with Users or that are otherwise required by law. Any such terms, information, or disclosures do not bind us and must not conflict with these Seller Terms or our other applicable terms and policies.
You are responsible for applicable taxes relating to your listings and content, if applicable. Even though we host and display your Seller Content on the 3Deals platform, you are the seller of record and agree to comply with all applicable tax laws and ordinances. You are solely responsible for all determinations, calculations, collections, withholdings, reporting, and remittance of applicable taxes, duties, fees, surcharges, and additional charges ("Taxes & Fees") for sales that result from your use of Commerce Features. You are solely liable for all liabilities, including without limitation, any penalties or interest, that taxing jurisdictions may assess as a result of the under remittance or non-remittance of any Taxes & Fees imposed on your products or services.
Sellers should manage and control their own Ads. They are solely responsible for ensuring that the items listed by them are available as long as the Ad is available on the platform. Customers should delete the listed items if they are sold or no longer available to avoid unwanted calls and any other communications related to those items.
You must comply with our terms and all applicable laws when you use Commerce Features. Your products and services, Seller Content, and use of Commerce Features must comply at all times with these Seller Terms, our other applicable terms and policies, and applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You agree that you are solely responsible for determining that the Commerce Features are suitable for your intended use.
Sales of counterfeit or pirated products and sales prohibited by government sanctions are strictly prohibited. Without limiting the generality of the policies set forth above, you are expressly prohibited from displaying, promoting, offering, marketing, or selling counterfeit or pirated products or services through the Commerce Features. You may not use the Commerce Features in connection with any activities, individuals, or entities that are located in a country or region that is subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions law or in a manner that would otherwise violate applicable trade sanctions laws.
You are responsible for providing customer service to Users in connection with your products and services. You are responsible for providing, managing, paying for, and fulfilling any sales, warranty, and customer service, returns, refunds, or accommodations to Users in connection with your use of a Commerce Feature.
Any incentives we provide do not modify these Seller Terms. We may offer to fund promotions, discounts, or other incentives ("Incentives") to you or directly to Users to encourage engagement with Product Listings or Seller Content, and our funding of Incentives does not violate any other agreement you have or alter your obligations under these Seller Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring the integrity and safety of your products and services. As between us, you are solely responsible for any defect or non-conformity in any product or service you offer and for complying with any recall or safety alert, or similar direction or notice, with respect to any product or service related to your Product Listings. You agree to promptly remove any Product Listing upon issuance of any recall or safety alert, or similar direction or notice, or claim of infringement of intellectual property rights with respect to products or services relating to your Product Listings.
We may review your Seller Content to ensure the integrity of our services, but this does not change your obligations to us or to Users. These reviews may include automated or other audits of your Seller Content to verify compliance with these Seller Terms and applicable law, but do not mean that we assume any responsibility or liability or otherwise agree to modify your responsibilities and liabilities under these Seller Terms and applicable law.
Our Service contains links and integrations from third-party websites and services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. We do not have control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services. This includes any investment loss that may occur as a result of investing on a third-party website/platform.
We strongly advise you to read the Terms of Use and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit through Our Website.

You agree to authorize the 3Deals Payment Entities to receive or process payments on your behalf concerning your use of 3Deals Services and to manage the settlement of related payments ("Payment Services" or similar names).
Sellers may make payments for their own ads, advertisements, and any other applicable items using payment methods such as:
Credit or debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and others if allowed in the platform and payment service providers),
Other payment methods if applicable and advised in the platform,
3Deals coupons, gifts, promo codes, etc. (if applicable).
We reserve the right to modify the scope of payment methods available at our sole discretion. The underlying contract for the buyer's purchase of "items" (which may refer to goods and/or services) from you is directly concluded between the Seller and the Buyer.
3Deals may impose a nominal fee for browsing and purchasing on the Platform. We reserve the right to change our Fee Policy from time to time. In particular, we may, at our sole discretion, introduce new services/fees and modify some or all of the existing services/fees offered on the Platform. In such an event, we reserve the right to introduce fees for the new services offered or amend/introduce fees for existing/new services, as the case may be. Changes to the Fee Policy shall be posted on the Platform, and such changes shall automatically become effective immediately after they are posted. Unless otherwise stated, all fees shall be quoted in UAE Dirhams. You shall be solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including those in the UAE and other countries where this platform operates, for making payments to 3Deals.
3Deals reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to restrict, suspend, or terminate your Account or access to Services immediately and without notice for any period, if:

Due to the nature of digital products, as previously stated in our Terms of Use, 3Deals' role is to provide a platform for customers to buy and sell their own goods. 3Deals only charges customers for posting their ads to promote to the community. Sellers and buyers can communicate offline at their discretion, outside of this platform, to complete their deals.
In the event of a posting error or platform issue, 3Deals will offer the customer to repost their ads at no charge and in the same amount related to the concerned post/ad.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its third-party partners. Protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws in both the United Arab Emirates and other Middle Eastern countries, the Service is safeguarded against unauthorized use. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be utilized in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company. Proprietary to us, the trademarks and trade dress of the Company are not to be used by you for any purposes other than those expressly permitted by these Terms of Use. All website content, design, text, graphics, interfaces, as well as the collection, selection, and arrangement thereof, and all software are the property of, or duly licensed to, Us or our third-party partners.
Any use of materials on the Website, including modification, distribution, or reproduction for purposes other than those specified above, without the prior written permission of the Company, is strictly prohibited.
